Greetings, Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) has appointed Wood Al Hejailan (Wood) to provide Engineering services for the Project: BI-15-23783 – Expansion of Tanajib Bachelor Camp.. To support the development of a budget estimate and establish the overall project value for procurement and execution planning purposes. We would like to request for a budgetary proposal (technical and commercial), with the longest possible quotation validity period, for the supply, delivery, (and installation) of Civil Bulk Materials for Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) as per below: Material cost Delivery lead time (ARO) and associated logistics costs to Tanajib, Saudi Arabia. Start-up spare parts - If Applicable Documentation (NMR’s) – If Applicable Custom Duty - If Applicable Clearly identify any technical deviations, exceptions, or non-compliance with the inquiry requirements and applicable specifications.
